Available in three sizes; Primes, measure between 4 to 4-1/2 inches point to point; Jumbos, measure between 4-1/2 inches to 5-1/2 inches point to point; and Whales, measure 5-1/2 inches and bigger point to point.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk until frothy.
In a large bowl, combine seafood breader with the Old Bay seasoning.
In a large skillet or electric frying pan, heat oil to 375 F.
Dip soft shell crabs individually in egg wash and allow excess to drain off.
Dredge the soft crabs in the breader mixture.
Working in batches, fry soft crabs 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove soft shells from fryer placing them on paper towel to drain.
Serve Hot and Crispy.
