PLANNING FOR YOUR SEAFOOD DELIVERY:
To ensure the best experience, we recommend scheduling your delivery 1-2 days before your event or meal whenever possible.
While we carefully pack every order and monitor shipping schedule, weather and carrier delays can occur. Having your seafood arrive a day early provides flexibility and peace of mind while still maintaining product quality when properly refrigerated or frozen.

Packing & Shipping: We ship our products Monday through Thursday.
Please arrange delivery as early in the week as possible to avoid delayed packages.
Never select your deliver date for the day of an event. - Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Tracking information email will be sent once your order has been packed and handed off to UPS. Tracking numbers are only generated the day your order ships. Please make note of the delivery date you choose at check-out. Example: You choose a future deliver date 1 month out via UPS Ground, you will not receive tracking information until two days prior to your delivery date at the time of shipping.

Freshness Upon Arrival: Our seafood is shipped in insulated 2 inch thick coolers with gel packs and/or dry ice to maintain safe temperatures during transit. During warmer months, fresh products may arrive partially frozen due to the use of dry ice sprinkled over gel packs. This is normal and helps preserve quality throughout the shipping process.
When ordering fresh and frozen products together in the same shipment, fresh product will freeze during transit.

Same Day Shipping: Cut-off guarantee for same day shipping is 12:00 p.m. ET. Orders placed after that time will ship the next possible shipping business day.
Please Note: orders placed after cut-off on Thursday will not ship until Monday. - Tuesday Delivery We do not ship product for transit on Friday. This means Tuesday deliveries are shipped on Monday, Next Day Air may be the only option offered at check-out.
- Friday Deliveries: We strongly recommend selecting UPS NEXT DAY AIR for Friday deliveries. Delays occurring on Friday shipments will result in packages not being delivered until Monday - the following business day
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, Graham & Rollins does not accept returns. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases, customer taste preferences, or products that spoil as a result of improper handling, storage, or failure to follow recommended refrigeration and freezing guidelines. We will work with customers to address legitimate shipping-related concerns when possible.
We ship via UPS and offer the following services:
UPS Ground
- UPS Ground 1 Day Transit in yellow region.
- UPS Ground 2 Day Transit in brown region.
Please note the Extended 2 day areas may not be available during ordering due to transportation times. We recommend using AIR delivery for these areas.
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
We do not offer Saturday delivery.

There are no returns or cancellations on orders that have shipped.
There are no refunds on packages that are a result of customer error, please double check the delivery date before your proceed to check out. We highly recommend writing down the delivery date you have chosen for your records.
