While my first order was a bust because seafood was thawed out due to UPS letting it sit in a hot truck instead of delivering promptly as they stated, Miss Terry W personally reached out to me from the company and made things right (: I received my seafood today and am ecstatic! While I haven't eaten any yet I'm sure it will be delicious. I've purchased their food from QVC before so I know the quality and taste will be top notch and the price is cheaper buying direct from Graham Rollins (take the hint fellow seafood lovers). Thank You Graham Rollins and Miss Terry for putting out such great products. I am looking forward to re ordering with you in the future. (: (: (; (:

All the seafood was thawed out with a slither of ice in the bag when I received it. I reached out to rep Terry W who asked for pics which I provided and rather than a refund she said she'd replace order however that never happened and I'm out of $200+ bucks.

Perfect size and taste wonderful. Arrived quickly with dry ice. Will continue to order these.
