Jumbo lump and lump blue crab meat are lightly blended by hand with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, and spices to create these mouthwatering morsels. Our Crab Balls are made with at least 77% fresh Lump Blue Crab Meat. To put this in perspective, most store bought Crab Cakes are made with a mere 40% Crab Meat or less.
This item can be safely stored in the freezer for up to one year.
