Soft shells arrive dressed (fancy industry term for cleaned), vacuum sealed, and flash frozen in small batches to make sure all the flavor was preserved. 

Available in four sizes; Hotel the smallest 4" to 4-1/2"Primes measure between 4-1/2" to 5" inches; Jumbos measure between 5" to 5-1/2" point to point; and Whales measure 5-1/2 inches and bigger point to point.

Please note that soft shells may be season dependent and availability may be limited during the off-season months. Crabs are measured prior to cleaning and vacuum sealing.
